Combining multiple tenants' profiles into a single consolidated application in real time, ensuring data consistency across all applicants simultaneously.
Real-Time Calendar Conflicts
Preventing double-bookings across multiple landlords and properties required complex slot-locking logic and real-time availability updates using Supabase subscriptions.
Commute-Based Search Accuracy
Calculating accurate commute times for hundreds of listings using Google Maps API without exceeding rate limits or degrading page load performance.
Anonymisation at Query Level
Serving anonymised tenant data to landlords during filtering while revealing full profiles only on application — required custom PostgreSQL views and RLS policies.
